ACMI Leasing Clients (the Lessee) will be provided in essence with an aircraft ready to be used in accordance with the Customers' specific needs. Meelad Air (the Lessor) will be responsible for providing:
* Aircraft: ready to be used
* required Crew.
* Maintenance costs required to maintain the aircraft in tip-top condition.
* Insurance:
All other costs will fall under the responsibility of the clients (Lessee).
